Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Jyngles Tutoring Services

At Jyngles LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services to help students achieve their academic goals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our clients.

Refund Eligibility

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of the initial enrollment period.
Monthly Subscription: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are issued on a prorated basis if the request is made within the first 14 days of the billing cycle.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Prorated Refunds

For monthly subscriptions, prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of unused tutoring sessions remaining in the billing cycle. For example, if you have used 2 out of 6 scheduled sessions, you will receive a refund for the remaining 4 sessions.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Registration Fees: Any one-time registration or setup fees are non-refundable.
Materials Fees: Fees for any materials or resources provided to the student are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have a unique circumstance that you believe warrants a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
